Purpose: Using Salesforce.com Process Builder to activate the Leadspace flag of 'moved'.
The flow below shows how Leadspace users could leverage process builder and Leadspace data to automate rules and workflows to automatically create a new lead for an existing contact that has been identified as moved, as well as alert the owner to the fact their contact moved.
Go to Setup/ Workflow & Approvals/ Process Builder, and click "new".
Select the object to update, and choose "When a record is created or updated"
Criteria #1 - When contact is moved, and Leadspace was able to tag the company to which they moved.
The fields in criteria are "LS Verified = Moved" and "LS Company <> null"
Click save, and "Add Action"
Update title to "No Longer there"
Create a new Lead for the contact, with the new company. use Leadspace fields as reference, as well as making sure that validation requirements are met (if such exist).
Add another criteria, for contacts Leadspace tagged as moved, but was unable to tag with the new company
Select "Update Records"
Select the contact that started the process
In addition, you may want to add action, and post to chatter to notify the account owner.
Click save, and "Activate".
Done. Moved contacts will now be tagged as moved.
