Before beginning the reinstallation process, please deactivate all Leadspace enrichment campaigns.
To reinstall Leadspace in your Eloqua, complete the following steps:
- Login to Eloqua and enter setup by clicking the gear icon in the top right of the screen
- Under 'Platform Extensions", click "Apps"
- Double click the Leadspace Enrichment app
- Click the arrow icon to reinstall Leadspace
- Click 'Sign In.'
- Click 'Accept.'
- Click the 'Leadspace Enrichment' app again
- Click 'Check Connection.'
Wait for the "Success" status message
Once complete, please re-activate your Leadspace campaigns to complete the re-installation process.
