What input fields are required for a database refresh?

To perform a database refresh, Leadspace uses certain fields as input data to identify each lead, contact, and account. It's highly advised to provide this existing data in an exported CSV document from your SFDC instance, with key fields clearly marked. 
The following list details the mandatory and highly recommended fields to provide as input. Location type fields are required if Site Level Matching feature is used.

Account Fields:

  • Required:
    • Company Name
    • Account SFDC ID/Unique Identifier
  • Optional/Highly Recommended:
    • Company Website
    • Country Field
    • State Field
    • City Field
    • Parent Account

Lead and Contact Fields:

  • Required:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Company Name
    • SFDC ID/Unique Identifier
    • Email
  • Optional/Highly Recommended:
    • Title
    • Job Role
    • City
    • State
    • Country
    • Zipcode
    • Website
