How frequently do companies typically run data enrichment?

Our Marketing Automation integrations (Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, Pardot) sync in near real-time to enrich inbound leads for scoring and routing. Our Salesforce integration allows for daily sync (and will soon be able to sync based on triggers), but this mostly covers net new records or changes to data. Full database refresh or enrichment is typically done on a quarterly or semi-annual basis.
