If you are interested in enabling Deploy-to integration, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Once the integration has been enabled, a new "Deploy to" (airplane icon) option will be available after a segment has finished processing.
Upon clicking on the Deploy To icon and selecting Eloqua:
1) The following box will appear:
-
System: Eloqua
-
ID type: Select how you want the records in your segment to be linked back to your database.
-
Map ID field: Select the field that corresponds to your ID type.
-
Actions: Select whether you want to only update records, or update and create new records.
-
Create remote segment: Enable if you want to create a new segment in your Eloqua.
-
Segment name: If “create remote segment” is enabled, name your new segment.*
*Segment names are not case sensitive. If the segment name already exists in your Eloqua, you will get the error “List Already Exist”.
2) Click Deploy.
3) Navigate to Eloqua.
4) To view your new segment, click on Segments at the top right.
Deploy to statuses:
We have two statuses for the 'Deploy To' functionality:
- Segment Deploy in Progress
- Segment Deploy is Finished
When the 'Deploy to' is finished, you can click on the icon to get more information.
**Note - A segment which has been deployed successfully - users will not be able to re-deploy it**
