Overview
Leadspace Studio allows you to deploy your enriched data directly to your LinkedIn instance as a campaign audience. Leadspace Studio natively supports the ability to deploy existing and net new segments to Linkedin with a click of just a few clicks.
In this article, we will review how to utilize the Deploy-to LinkedIn feature.
If you are interested in enabling this Deploy-to integration, please contact your Customer Success Manager or file a support ticket.
How does it work?
Leadspace creates a Deploy-to LinkedIn connector that all users in your Studio can access. We tie this connector to your existing LinkedIn credentials to identify your account and then connect directly via API to ensure we can push the segment directly to LinkedIn, allowing you to deploy within hours!
Getting Started
The first step in the process is to ensure you capture your LinkedIn credentials, which you'll provide to Leadspace to set up the connector.
Get your LinkedIn Credentials
In order to enable the LinkedIn integration, follow these steps:
- From your LinkedIn instance, navigate to https://www.linkedin.com/campaignmanager/accounts
- Provide the Account ID listed in this section, see the screenshot below.
- Create and authorize a LinkedIn user account to generate a secure connection between LSOD and LinkedIn. This account/user will need to have access to LinkedIn indefinitely and have “Account Manager” permissions.
- Leadspace will provide an authentication link - follow the subsequent steps to generate the token:
- After clicking the link, click authorize. This will take you to LinkedIn’s Oauth 2.0 authorization page, where you will first be prompted to log in to LinkedIn
- You will then be redirected to a screen that will say “Leadspace would like to access some of your LinkedIn info”
- Click Allow and you will finally be redirected back to the original website linked above, where your API token will be printed on the screen.
- After clicking the link, click authorize. This will take you to LinkedIn’s Oauth 2.0 authorization page, where you will first be prompted to log in to LinkedIn
- Once you receive your token, send Leadspace your Account ID and API token information. Once we receive your credentials we will connect Studio and LinkedIn
- Note: LinkedIn’s OAuth 2.0 Tokens require a refresh every 60 days. This means that every 60 days a refreshed token must be sent to Leadspace in order for Deployment to function. In order to access the refresh token, follow the authorization link sent by Leadspace and send the API token that the link will redirect to.
- That's it for setup!
Deploying Segments
- Once the integration has been enabled, a new 'Deploy' option will be available in the 3 vertical dots for enrichment segments after they have finished processing.
- All available deploy-to integrations we have set up will be highlighted under the 'Deploy' box. Click on 'MORE...' to see additionally available integrations.
- Selecting your Segment

- From here, if you’re ready to deploy this segment, hover > Deploy
- Upon hovering, you’ll receive a submenu with your available destinations

Shift your hover from Deploy > LinkedIn. Select LinkedIn - From here, a dialogue box will appear allowing you to configure your deployment
- Once you’ve found your available destinations, you’ll want to choose LinkedIn

Note that it will take 24 - 48 hours for the segment to be available for use on LinkedIn
Once LinkedIn has processed your segment, it will be available as third-party data source for use
Once the segment is successfully deployed, you will also get an email notification that provides details of the deployment:
