What Can You Expect From Your CSM

What does Customer Success mean to Leadspace? It means that you are in excellent hands and we are here for all your Leadspace needs. We're here to partner with you, strategize with you, and just like our name states, ensure your success! So, what can you expect when you partner with Leadspace?
First off, you can expect a great big thank you and welcome! We're thrilled that you're considering joining the many happy Leadspace customers and are excited that you are making a wise decision for your business. Once you have signed on, the first item would be to assign your designated Customer Success Manager. Your CSM will be your main point of contact with anything Leadspace related. We are here to:
  • See to it that your onboarding is progressing according to your timeline and escalate as needed to make certain we meet your deadlines 
  • Align with your team on business objectives and ensure we are hitting and revisiting your goals
  • Strategize with your teams as goals and initiatives pivot to ensure we are always operating with the most up to date targets 
  • Work with you to develop a success plan with specific milestones that help measure the Leadspace business impact
  • Train your team on how best to leverage the Leadspace Customer Data Platform to get the most out of your data 
  • Quickly understand your processes, document them, and deliver interesting insights about improvement opportunities 
  • Provide a regular cadence of Business/Operational reviews with your stakeholders and business functions (Sales/Marketing Ops, Marketing IT, etc) to provide a 'current state of affairs' and future initiatives 
  • And so much more!
