Leadspace for Salesforce package version 3.68 and newer will now have an option to access a more robust and advanced debug log.
To enable the debug log:
- Go to Envirnment Setup > Debug Logs > Click the “New” button
2. Select the sysadmin user in the “Traced Entity Name”
3. Click the “New Debug Level” button and select the highest debug level:
4. Grant Account Login Access so we can enter your environment through License Management Application (LMA):
Salesforce Classic:
Depending on the Organization, the Setup button is next to the logged in user's name at the top right of the page or listed as a drop-down option when the logged in user's name is clicked.
- Choose one of the following in Salesforce Classic User Interface:
- Navigate to Setup --> My Personal Information --> Grant Login Access
- Navigate to Your Name --> My Settings --> Personal --> Grant Account Login Access
- Use the Access Duration picklist to set the number of days to allow Login Access.
- Click Save
Lightning Experience User Interface:
- Click on the logged in user's avatar in the top right-hand side of the screen and choose Settings.
- Click on Grant Account Login Access.
- Use the Access Duration picklist to set the number of days to allow Login Access.
- Click Save.
5. Repeat the actions to reproduce the issue, and logs should be available.
NOTE: To help Leadspace troubleshoot and find the correct account, please provide Leadspace with your Organization ID. Upon receipt of your Organization ID, Leadspace will connect via LMA.
