To test the Leadspace integration in Eloqua, please follow the steps below
1. Press on the second icon in the upper right corner and choose Campaigns
2. Choose to create a Multi-Step Campaign
3. Add to the canvas three steps:
- Segment Members
- Leadspace Enrichment Cloud Action
- Wait
4. Double click the Segment Members icon in the canvas to set its configuration
5. Create a new test campaign with five individual contacts, to add the contacts to the segment press the pen icon and choose to add individual contacts and save the segment
6. Double click the Wait step to set its configurations as follows
7. Connect the steps as follows
8. Save the campaign an activate it
9. Press refresh to watch the progress of the contacts in the campaign
10. When the contacts are moving to the Leadspace Enrichment Cloud Action (see the number 5 on top of the CA), they are sent to enrichment
11. When the contacts are passing to the Wait step, it means they came back from the enrichment and the integration is working
To check the population of the fields, go to the contact's page and look for the Leadspace fields.
