When Leadspace enriches company and person records, we append a field to each record called LS Enrichment Status. This field provides one of four possible values to let you know whether we were able to match your record to a person or company in our database or not:
- Person Enriched
- Company Enriched
- Person & Company Enriched
- Not Enriched
This article provides a definition and context around each of the four statuses.
Person Enriched
This status confirms that Leadspace was able to make a match to person in our database using the input criteria you sent for enrichment, but we were not able to link to a current company.
When a record is Person Enriched, we will return at least 1 LS Person field with no expectation that we will return company data with the exception of 'Moved' records. A moved record will always return as 'Person Enriched' and provide the new, LS Company Name data. No other company data is provided besides LS Company Name.
For more information on how to handled Moved records, please refer to Salesforce: Moved Lead/Contact Flow
Company Enriched
This status confirms that Leadspace was able to make a match to a company in our database using the input criteria sent for enrichment.
When a record is Company Enriched, we will return at least 1 LS Company field with no expectation of LS Company data to be returned.
Person & Company Enriched
This status confirms that Leadspace was able to make a match to a person and company in our database, based on the input criteria sent for enrichment.
When a record is Person & Company Enriched, we will return at least 1 LS Person field and 1 LS Company field. Most of the person records in the Leadspace database are tied to a company, so it's more common to see Person & Company Enriched over Person Enriched. Again, unless they have moved jobs.
Not Enriched
This status confirms that Leadspace was not able to make a match to any person or company records in the database. A Not Enriched response is still a 'successful' response because the records was processed by Leadspace. It simply means we don't have a record in our database that matches the input data sent.
